Career Design Seminar for Female Students (11/6)

2022.10.19

Under the "Tohoku University Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Promotion Declaration" issued in April 2022,

the Graduate School of Engineering has newly launched the "School of Engineering DEI Promotion Project" (https://dei.eng.tohoku.ac.jp/)

to promote diversity, equity and inclusion in the Graduate School of Engineering.

The project aims to further strengthen research capabilities and create innovation by fostering an environment

in which it is easy to work and learn regardless of gender, nationality, position, etc., and in which each individual can exercise their abilities to the fullest.

As one of these activities, we will hold a new career design seminar for female students this year.
We will introduce information on the latest work environment and the experiences of our seniors in order to alleviate concerns about the balance

between life events and work that is unique to women.

Please feel free to attend.
